COMPUTER GRAPHICS
Developed and designed advertising and promotional materials, business forms, signs and posters in both black-and-white and color for clients in a variety of fields using Apple Macintosh and Windows-based computers, with applications such as Macromedia Freehand, Quark Xpress, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite.

Designed and published daily afternoon and weekly newspapers and special editions.

I have extensive experience in the use of Canon and Ricoh Color Laser Copiers as digital output devices and for basic copying; with large format color printing on LaserMaster DisplayMaker and Hewlett-Packard large-format inkjet printers; large format black-and-white and color scanning on Xerox Engineering copiers and scanners; and with specifications and other printing and copying on a Minolta Di750 digital printer/copier. I also have some experience with Xerox Docutech.

Factory trained in the use of Seal Image 400 laminator.

COMMUNICATIONS
Research and write study guides and materials for adult Sunday school classes and Bible studies at a local church. Recently completed a nonfiction book on heresy and false teaching in Pentecostalism.

Wrote politics, government, business, general news and sports for afternoon daily and weekly newspapers. Won second place in 1993 North Carolina Press Association contest in spot news category. Edited afternoon daily newspaper on fill-in basis.
